You are in Training: Summer and winter in Canada means regular sporting activities and working your body hard. When your body is physically challenged, it needs regular muscle care. A good massage and re-alignment at Battlefords Therapeutic Massage Therapy Clinic will keep you active and injury free.
Your are suffering from pain in the neck, back, shoulder or hip: The busier we are the more we tend to ignore our bodies warning signs that something is wrong. Pain is your body's way of letting you know this. If you ignore your pain or injury, it could get worse. You get headaches: Tension headaches are caused from the muscles around you shoulders, back and head tightening and causing strain. You may just need a massage to relieve this tension or your could need a re-alignment. Massage therapy and re-alignment has been shown to provide some relief for migraine sufferers.
Range of motion decreased: If you can no longer turn your head as far as you could or lift your arms as high as you once could, you may need a massage. Frequent massages will help with your flexibility. Regular stretching and exercise is also important for flexibility issues.
